Overview
Once you are subscribed and logged on OnGeT Community, you may search and invite partners.In the "My partners" pan, the icon in front of the partner's name indicates the partner's status:

Invite a partner
The first step is to search partners within the Community. There are two ways to do so:
Either right-click on the Community name in the "My partners" pan and select "Search partners…" (in that case, b2een will search all visible partners within the selected Community)
Or click on "Partners" in the "Actions" pan, select the Community in the drill-down list, key in specific search criteria if needed and click on the "Go" button (note: only the Communities on which you are subscribed and logged in appear in the drill-down list).
b2een will look for all visible partners within the selected Community and display the list of them. You may then click on the partner you want to establish a relationship with.
Additional information on the partner is displayed in the "Manage partner" pan. Click on the "Invite" button to invite the partner.
The selected partner will appear in your "My partners" tab, with an orange icon up until your invitation has been accepted (it will then turn to green – or light grey if the partner is offline).
Accept or reject invitation from another partner
If a member has invited you, you will see it displayed on your "My partners" pan with a dark gray icon.
You may accept or reject the invitation with a right-click on the partner's name in the "My partners" pan.
If the partner is currently online, the icon color will turn to green. If not, it will turn to orange up until you’re the partner and yourself are both online; it will then turn to green.
Remove a partner
There are two ways to remove a partner:
- Either you right-click on the partner's name in the "My partners" pan and chose "Remove [partner's name]"
- Or you open the "Partners" tab, search the partner within the appropriate Community, select it and click on the "Remove" button
Note that you may remove a relationship with a partner within one Community but keep being in relationship with the same partner in another Community.
